Jamie and Nick’s wedding photography in Kansas City
Flower arrangement by The Blue Bouquet always spectacular. Then, a little pampering and some rest before the long day starts. I love the getting ready time, so many emotions going on, so much care for details, expectations and beauty. It’s great to be part of it.
We went to the west bottoms, downtown Kansas City, to take some shots of them. The saw each other right in front of The Beast, one of the spookiest haunted house in town. 
Then, after some romantic moments we walked around for some fun shots. Here is me trying to get some sexy images
More romance under the overpass. Love this spot, such a great light. Also love the post production Jan did to the images. Lots of photoshop mojo flowing with creamy tones and layers of textures.
The reception was at the Hallbrook Country Club. The link to their website is actually pretty useless, unless you are a member already. The first hole was our spot for some sunset shots and for some refreshments after a long day. 
Who doesn’t like a cold dutch beer at the end of a long day?
