Senior Photography in Downtown Lees Summit
End of summer is always a busy time, specially for high school senior photography. These are some we recently shot using downtown lee’s summit locations, just few blocks from our studio.
When it comes to finding cool locations we are not afraid to travel either. We had some fun with Andrea at the Loch Lloyd Country Club, few miles south west of Kansas City.

I found this field of weeds during one of our scouting trips around the Kansas City area. I was looking for something easy to access and I could use for both family portrait and senior photography. We test drove it with Kristen and we took some really awesome shots at sunset.
Kristen again, but in a more urban location. Love the steel ropes, the concrete and the overall gritty feel of this Lees Summit location.
Courtney with some rusty and shiny metal in the background. We just took a walk around the studio and found this awesome spot perfectly lit by the late afternoon sunset. Love the awesome post processing that Jan did to this image, adding a really cool tone.
I know, everybody does the train tracks shot, but they are just around the corner and the light was oh-so-pretty. I had to do it. Again it’s incredible how many really cool options are available just walking around downtown Lees Summit.
