Lauren is the realtor that sold us our new pad at the Rockhill Condominums, a boston terrier owner and she is my age, which is the best ever (suck it, if you are still in your 20’s). She needed some portraits and head shots for work and some just for fun. So in a hot and muggy Kansas City afternoon we just walked around the studio and took few shots here and there. Here are just some of our favorites.

Jana and Brian’s wedding was our first wedding we photographed ever! Can you believe it? They asked us to be their wedding photographers almost… well, lets just say quite some time ago. Now they asked us again to be their photographer but this time for their newborn Hunter! So here he is; having some issues in tongue management, but still, pretty darn cute.

Meghan & Brad – engagement session in Kansas City

We are going to shoot Meghan and Brad’s wedding later in July. In the mean time we had some fun on a rooftop downtown Kansas City, then a cute park and then a spooky, graffiti rich, abandoned place.

Here is a little teaser for Ashley. We shot here senior photo session in our studio and then we stroll around the block for some inspiration. Still playing with the new “toy” camera. It’s kinda fun to shoot stills and then switch to video and back again. She was having fun playing along. We have a great set of images that will make both her and her family really happy. But she is going to have to wait to see those…

For Sarah’s senior session we started with a walk in the park. Just to get her to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. RUN DMC t-shirt and vintage look.

It doesn’t take much to get Sarah’s eyes to spark. A spring sun ray of light and just that look.

Prom dress on now! Here are some of my favorites in the studio. Window light with just a tad of fill to make those beautiful eyes pop. Love it.

Outside again for some aerobic exercises. This girl’s got energy to burn. Watch out!
